Competitive Cuts LLC is not responsible for damage to items not properly disclosed or clearly visible.
6. Weather Policy

Delayed services will be completed on the next available service day.

- Damage to underground utilities not marked or disclosed

If property damage occurs during service, customers must notify Competitive Cuts LLC within 48 hours of the service date.
Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
